So much for my first 10-K...

AFter a very short run to limber up for today's 10-K, my righ tleg was hurting a little bit. Over 10 hours later it's still hurting. So now I'm going to have to do a 5-K walk, instaed of run my first ever 10-K! Aaaaaaaaaaaahhh!

I hope I can still run the half marathon in October....
